George Samuel Oki, Chief Executive Officer

“Sam”, grew up in Sacramento watching his grandparents and parents found and develop their own ag-business. He transformed the family’s company’s data processing department into Meta Information Services, Inc. which provides custom database management and political campaign support services. c.Spot InterWorks, a division of Meta Information Services, was a natural off-shoot that provides website design and custom internet applications. In 1984, Sam co-founded a local retail computer company, Inacomp Computers-Sacramento. Sam is a recognized community leader in Sacramento, having served on numerous non-profit boards and committees. He also brings additional experience from his service on the boards of two publicly traded companies.

Sean M. Sullivan, Chief Technology Officer

Sean's technology background began in 1982 and spans nearly three decades. Over the years he has worked for a number of Fortune 500 companies in the areas of programming, systems and software engineering. These experiences have provided him a unique perspective on Information Technology spanning a variety of disciplines for our clients.

Kent R. Hymas, Database Administrator and V.P. of Operations

Kent has been in information management since earning his Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University. He brings 35+ years’ experience in software, hardware and systems. He works for all branches of Meta Information Services, including c.Spot InterWorks. He has made it Meta’s hallmark to offer custom-designed services capable of accommodating various special needs. Kent leads Meta’s Data Services Division as well as the coordination and integration of programs which utilize all of Meta’s data services, research and internet capabilities. Meta’s Data Services Division utilizes state-of-the art technology to offer a full array of value-added information services which includes such services as database management, caging, laser printing and marketing support programs.

Darren Sunahara, Web Designer/Technical Support

Darren has been working in the computer industry for over a decade. He is able to build and manage websites with his years of experience as a Networking/Computer Support Technician and Web Designer. His commitment to our clients drives him to not only provide custom websites but excellent technical support through emails and phone calls.

Carina Ng, Marketing/Customer Service Lead

Carina has several years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service with companies ranging from small local businesses to large corporations. She is responsible for sales, marketing, networking, social media, client contact and overall customer satisfaction. Her attention to customer service and her issue resolution skills offer a seamless customer experience and a client confidence that their concerns are being addressed.

Jazzmin Gota, Graphic Artist

Jazzmin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Web Design and Media. Jazzmin has several years of experience doing graphic design for a large variety of organizations. As a Graphic Artist, Jazzmin is responsible for adding a creative and innovative touch to our templates and projects. Jazzmin is also the lead for digital video editing and video conversion for web and DVD distribution.

Clayton Montgomery, Programmer

Clayton’s expertise comes from his years of being a webmaster. He has 5+ years of experience with web design, web development and software development. He will be completing his B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University. Clayton’s know-how and attention to detail allows c.Spot Interworks to provide our clients with comprehensive website features and applications.

Consultants

Amy Jaramillo, Project Consultant

Amy graduated from the Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. With that, she gained experience in the print industry creating marketing materials for advertising agencies, designing packages for HP’s product boxes, and learning a wealth of knowledge about the importance of a strict adherence to brand standards. She is currently working as a consultant with c.Spot InterWorks. Over the last 6 years she has brought her graphic design experience to the web environment at c.Spot InterWorks. She specializes in the design and management of websites and setting up Content Management Systems.

Nalin Kuachusri, Programmer

Nalin graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Computer Science. He has worked in many aspects of website development. More specifically, he works with checkout processing, production information, searches, browsers, data importing and reporting. He also has worked for technology companies developing web applications, and specializes in LAMP and .NET web application development. Nalin brings to our clients the ability to create unique website features and custom programing.
